This resource is a ton of old coursework from Rice University. Complete with videos notes and syllabi.
Have you wondered what it is like to attend MIT… well here are some free classes for you.
If you aren’t in college and need help or extra study material… This is the resource for you.
And the granddaddy of them all. This aggregate contains several courses from several colleges.

I am learning Japanese, so I am partial, but there are dozens of other resources for other languages.
This kid (no disrespect he is seriously like half my age) is a genius. I can watch his channel for hours.
The favorite education experience for my 4-year-old. (me too) This provides a wealth of info about being a ninja.

I like TED. TED is motivational for me. I may not learn something directly from each talk, but it does make me think.
