Being a ninja is tough, being a modern ninja is tougher. Why would it be tougher now?
A ninja in Feudal Japan HAD to be a ninja for survival. A modern ninja chooses to be a ninja. Most people reading this book will be in America, where we can blow up to 500 pounds and the biggest problem we will face is children making fun of us.
The Ninja Diet
How do you diet like a ninja? It is pretty easy. Cut your sugar, and eat more protein.
After you perform your ninja workout, you will want to have plenty of protein to rebuild those muscles. This is basic movement 101.
It has very little to do with you becoming a body builder. You will want to look like an athlete. You will want to move like an athlete, so you should also eat like an athlete.
Touch your chest right now, is it hard (this is for guys)?
Touch the back of your leg is it hard?
Man boobs and flab are the common man’s trademark. If you want to become the modern ninja you need to lose these.
Ninja Diet approved proteins
I get tired of eating chicken… Everyone eats chicken breast like it is going out of style but there is so much more you can eat.
Pork, don’t eat bacon every meal and you should be fine.
Eggs, eat a ton of them. I typically eat 3 a day.
Steak. YES!!!!! I love steak! Eat it, grill it, just don’t batter it and fry it.
Shrimp. My favorite meal is Shrimp, Steak, and a baked sweet potato. Natural sugars are the best. As much as I love to put brown sugar on there… I have to skip it when I am going full ninja mode. The modern ninja looks good in a swimsuit.
