I wake up at 4 AM every day! You should probably start getting up earlier. The reason I wake up so early is because the gym is calling my name. The funny part is though, even if you don’t go to the gym you should be getting up early.
Reasons to Wake Up
Wake up… Exercise
If you don’t exercise first thing in the morning shame on you. I know a lot of people that are “sick.” The reason for the quotes is because they aren’t sick. They are just lazy. There are many times when I start my day and I feel like garbage. I go to the gym, life weights, do cardio, and stretch. Next thing I know I don’t feel so bad. The problem is I was never sick in the first place. My body was trying to convince me otherwise.
Wake up… Be on time.
It is really a no brainer. If I wake up at 4 am I have plenty of time to do anything and everything I can before anyone would ever imagine seeing me or talking to me. The earliest anyone will ever call me is 8 AM. That makes 4 hours of time I have for me. To do anything I want. I never have an excuse for being late.
Wake up… Go to bed.
When your goal is to get out of bed at the same time every day, your goal will quickly become to go to be at the same time every single day.
For the most part I am in bed by 9 PM. Nothing earth shattering or ground breaking has ever happened in my life after 9 PM. In fact, most of the largest displays of human stupidity come after 9 PM. Curfews aren’t just for teenagers. Get to bed!
Wake up… Be a success.
Do you remember that successful guy that stayed out all night? I don’t either. Sure celebrities tend to party and stay out all night, and they ruin their careers. Then ultimately become famous for being famous. So unless you are going to inherit a chain of hotels, or be famous for being famous. Don’t count on late night partying contributing to your success.
